14HRS OBSERVANT

I suppose to be at the bus station by 12:00pm,
Yet am still in the room preparing my belongings, as I pack,
My heart beat fast. My desires of going back scare me,
“I can’t go back”, I say that to myself.
I love seeing, thinking, and reasoning. To some few things,
Such as people, animal and environments. When am traveling.
I committed to change my way of traveling by doing the followings.
I will observe more! Listen more! Then see More!

12:30pm I was in the station. Ready to travel.
Am not good at killing time, as many said “African Times”
But I read most bestselling books by “New York Times”
I remove a Daily Nation paper read a few before I take nap,
Cause an Editor can change the published contents with nap of a finger.
I update myself regularly with news, books, and silent language of the universe.

While waiting for others passengers. There a lady with Ajab next to me.
She was anxious to travel, afraid to be late for her destination.
“When it come to traveling am not good at taking care of my luggage,”
She said as worry read over her face.
She smiled back with her true statement.
“I should be more observant, then seeing more’’
‘’what actually is apart of Observation and the seeing” I unneedled the silent.
